    make all receivers get messages

    this closest-distribution test was having a problem in that none of the #2 
receivers were getting any messages.  Fixed this by making explicit distinct 
link names for the 2 receivers on each router.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/mgoulish/qpid-dispatch three_router_closest

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/qpid-dispatch/pull/180.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
