The commit message is incorrect. I removed the first point mentioned from the
commit. It no longer explicitly adds a consumer to the interested list if a
message is stolen.
Keith and I came to the conclusion, that it would not be necessary since the
message, once acquired, is delivered to the consumer regardless so the normal
process of adding itself to the interested list after delivery should kick in.
