Commit 5d28224 2018-03-12 19:37:14 breaks windows build Visual Studio 2013, x64
with
{{Command line error D8021: invalid numeric argument '/Werror'}}
Every C++ project fails to compile.
Reverting just that commit allows the build to proceed.
