On reflection, I decided that my first point in my comment was invalid. Having
the conversion layer add the "ID:" seems arbitrary and would be incorrect for
the non JMS clients and would harm compatibility. The other changes - namely
the subject of the JIRA and the second point were implemented by 2696d7a.
