Work begun on my PROTON-2013
[branch|https://github.com/RoddieKieley/qpid-proton/tree/PROTON-2013]. At the
moment it looks like the xcode10.1
[job|https://travis-ci.org/RoddieKieley/qpid-proton/jobs/500132584] has some
issues that need to be addressed.
