If you create a listener using AMQP management and it refers to a non-existing
sslProfile, or the sslProfile does not contain the certificate files referenced
by the sslProfile, there is no error returned.
When you try to create a client to the router with an invalid configuration,
the router fails to retrieve the sslProfile, and writes a log message 'Cannot
set SSL credentials' in the log, which makes it a bit hard to understand whats
going on.
Related to this, if you create a listener before the sslProfile it references,
clients will get the same error.
Having the router validate the listener sslProfile that is referenced, as well
as the sslProfile itself when being created would make it easier to detect
errors.
