There does appear to be a way to specify shorter path, by using [`CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR`](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/variable/CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR.html) or [`CMAKE_CURRENT_FUNCTION_LIST_DIR`](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/variable/CMAKE_CURRENT_FUNCTION_LIST_DIR.html).
