Jiri Daněk commented on PROTON-789:
-----------------------------------
What do you think the fix for this should be? I am thinking about a doc
instructions to install up-to-date openssl, cmake and pkg-config from homebrew
or macports. In addition, there could be a check in cmake build file that would
fail the build if native macOS openssl library is being used, saying that this
is not supported...

> Building proton-c on OS X 10.10.1 (Yosemite) gives quite a few deprecation
> warnings, primarily in the SSL libraries. I have attached a file showing a
> typical build run.
