FileStreams.textFileWriter() is generating a name like:  
scannerReadings_201606179_150021

Notice the "179".  It should be "27" - it's June 27th.  The "179" is the number 
of the day in the year instead of the month.

FileWriterPolicy.ymdhms() needs to specify "dd" instead of "DD" in its 
SimpleDataFormat() pattern.
