PR-168 includes all of the changes to incubator-repo. travis-ci passes.
https://github.com/apache/incubator-quarks/pull/168

I manually ran “gradle build” and it encountered an error but I get the feeling
it was preexisting.
Adding "compile project(':runtime:appservice’)” to
providers/direct/build.gradle seemed to fix the problem.
But I’m going to omit that and let the gradle conversion effort deal with it
after the merge.

The question is when to pull the trigger and merge?

It would probably be good if README.md (and DEVELOPMENT.md, others?) made note
of the rename.
If anyone would like to offer something to put at the head of such files let me
know and I’ll add it pre-merge.
Of course that could happen immediately after the merge as well.

BTW, I’m on vacation 23July-31July.
