I still have few questions regarding the workflow:
Regarding JIRA, do the committers have permissions to assign assignees and
change status? As of now, I have not. I was wondering if it is because I
use a different login name for the JIRA, not Apache ID.
Is it common to see "This closes #2" in the commit messages? If not, what
do I miss? Thanks!
