    Code style issue:
    
    For above four lines w/ comments, we have two ways:
    
    Either `window_aggr_state_proto->set_num_following(0 /* Current row */);`
    
    Or `window_aggr_state_proto->set_num_following(0);  // Current row.`
    
    And I prefer the second approach.
