Update travis to run only single thread while building release version
This a one-line change PR that fixes Travis build job failures due to
compiler out-of-memory errors by running a single thread while building a
release version.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/saketj/incubator-quickstep travis-fix
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
