Added DAGAnalyzer and Pipeline classes
- It accepts input as a DAG and produces pipelines within the DAG.
- Support for unit tests.
Please note that this feature is not used elsewhere in the code right now.
In the future if the scheduling strategy gets changed from an operator-basis to
a pipeline-basis, this class should be useful.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
