Added physical rule for partitioned aggregations.
The partitioned aggregation, depending on whether having the group by
expression, may generate two-level aggregations and an additional selection.
If having the group by expression, the output node will he partitioned.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zuyu/incubator-quickstep
partition-rule-for-aggr
