I've been meaning to ask. With 5.90, `raco pkg install` gives a ton of permission errors... but works anyway.
Prior to 5.90 (e.g. with 5.3.5 and 5.3.6) this didn't happen. I guess technically it is `raco setup` as run by `raco pkg install`.
