I don't understand what's happening. I install to ./racket-5.91 and I go in to the directory and do:
bin/racket -t share/pkgs/web-server-test/tests/web-server/run-all-tests.rkt and get the same error messages as DrDr. The stack traces all make mention of the racket-5.91 directory, so I'm pretty sure it is not getting my main installation.
