When installing the Atlas plugin, it throws an error if the Apache Atlas
distribution does not have a "libext" directory. As it doesn't by default, this
can be a bit confusing to the user. The script should be updated to create the
"libext" directory in the Atlas distribution if it doesn't already exist.
