Solr RuleBasedAuthorization config doesn't work seamlessly with kerberos authentication The Apache Solr community is doing some changes on their side to provide short name from the Kerberos principal. Based on the discussion so far, it shouldn’t affect Ranger. After (or just before) they release their latest version, we should do one round of testing with their updated code. Thanks Bosco
