Ah let me check, I might have been using an older install.properties file
Please note: Its been working up till now without any issues and we run it in
production on 10. In addition, Postgres 9.4 was released on 2014-12-18, and I
dont think anything before 9.4 (<9.4) is supported by Postgres anymore. So it
might be time to up the requirements.
