During initialization, Ranger Usersync gets users, groups, and memberships
existed in Ranger admin to build the initial cache. This cache is used for
delta computation later on. During the initialization, if there are any
failures while getting users, groups, or memberships, those failures are not
handled properly and leads to improper delta computations.
