Ranger docker setup (for development use) supports running Ranger authorization
enabled HDFS/YARN/Hive/HBase/Kafka services in containers. Archives from
respective project's release are used to build docker images. To avoid repeated
downloading of these archives on every rebuild of images, it will help to have
a local cache of archives and build docker images from cached archives.
