Is there any API available where given PLUGIN NAME, USER NAME and RESOURCE as
inputs, it can tell whether the access is granted or not, as per the entries in
DB. Also, this API can provide multiple combinations as well, like given user
and plugin name, list the resources and others
Note: Policies might be outdated on individual plugin boxes but API can provide
just this info on the basis of policies in DB
If the API is not available, would like to contribute on this if approved
