Description:
Ranger db patch no 045 is failing for oracle db.
To Reproduce :
- Delete the entry of 'DB_PATCHES' & '045' from 'x_db_version_h' table.
- Rerun the ranger setup (Note Ranger Admin should be stopped).
Expected : Db patch no 045 should have been executed successfully.
Actual : Failing with error : 'column already exist'
