Removed code where we are resetting solr jaas configuration with empty values
after initialization. This is causing an issue with solr internode
communication (non-infra solr trying to communicate with infra solr for audits).

Testing
-------
1. Patched cluster with latest solr changes and verified the functionality that
was broken before.
2. Also ran few basic tests for regression.
