Summary: Internal user is not marked as external after the user
sync source details are changed

If we add an internal user from UI, say Mike.[mike user will not have any sync
source details]
Now if add the same Mike user in our sync source, in the next sync cycle.
1. Mike user attributes are updated and it is pointing to current sync source.
2. Mike user is still showing as internal user in UI.
If Mike user details are updated then it should be marked as external user.
