Description:
Modify ranger solr plugin to allow granting the following privileges:
- QUERY - read only privilege on an object
- UPDATE - write only privilege on an object
- Both - read and write access
Privileges can be defined on the following objects:

* autoscaling
* security
- collection
- config
- schema
