Description:
Ranger Installation, setup fails because useSSL flag is not set explicitly.
This is observed for newer MySQL versions, which have the requirement to set
the flag explicitly when not using SSL.
This fails for the dba_script.py and not for the db_setup.py. The db_setup.py
seems to handle the case.
I have a quick fix GitHub PR: https://github.com/apache/ranger/pull/173
