Thanks [~madhan] for helping on this.
We already backport this Jira in our branch and observed the same behaviour.
Environment and Configurations details:
# We have 5 kms server and assigned 40gb heap memory.
# tomcat maxConnections parameter set it to 24000 as we are 20K job per day.
(kms has 8-10 encryption keys only)
# Checked the Catalina and kms logs at high level but couldn’t find anything
suspicious.
# Analysed the access the logs and we observed like kms is serving 1200-1300
request per second.
# I will see if i can attach the logs directory or not.
