RANGER-4035 introduced marker-access-types CREATE, READ, UPDATE, DELETE and
MANAGE - to make it easier for users to pick permissions in GDS policies,
without having to specify service specific access-types (like select, read,
consume, ..).
Access-types defined in existing service-defs should be assigned appropriate
category to leverage marker-access-types specified in GDS policies.
