Summary: Ranger 2.4.0: Trino New Policy form does not show all
available permissions to set for users

While creating a new Trino policy only Alter permission is shown on the user
permission section.
How to recreate the issue:
1. Create a trino service in Ranger UI.
2. In trino service select Add New Policy.
3. Click on the add permissions button under Allow/Deny Conditions.
4. Only Alter option is avaiable. We should be getting Select, Drop, Delete,
etc options too but it is not there.
