I believe most components have started migrating to JDK17.
We need to identify which components do not support JDK17 so that we can
clearly state that starting from Ranger-2.6 or Ranger-3.x, the Ranger plugin
will only support components running on JDK17.
By the time we can migrate to JDK17 first and we can continue our discuss about
spring migration.
Note: Latest tomcat migration also required JDK17 and Spring-6.x
