*Problem statement*
The "Add principals" button is not visible all the time for users assigned as
datashare admins on the datashare overview page.
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Create a user test_user_1 of role ROLE_USER
2. Create a datashare Datashare_1, and assign Datashare admin privileges to
test_user_1 on Datashare_1.
3. Login as test_user_1
4. Go to the overview page of Datashare_1. When the page is opened for the
first time, the "Add principals" button is visible to the user. If the user
switches to a different tab, for e.g, "Shared With" tab on the same datashare,
and navigates back to the "Overview" tab of the same datashare, the "Add
principals" button is no longer visible.
*Expectation*
The button should be visible even after navigating between different tabs on
the same datashare
