When doing a local build of ranger using mvn off of latest master branch code,
the build for Kylin Security plugin fails because it refers to artifact version
that don't exist.
When I looked up the jar dependency *org.roaringbitmap:RoaringBitmap:jar, the
version 0.7.36 exists but not 0.7.36-os-kylin-r1.*
Where is the artifact dependency coming from to cause this plugin build
failure?

*-Steps to Reproduce the Issue:*
*(1) Clone the master branch of repo.*
*(2) Do a local mvn build of all modules by running*
mvn clean compile package install command.
