The {{finalize}} method has been deprecated since JDK 9 and is slated for
removal in a future Java release. This Jira task involves analyzing and
removing the {{finalize}} method from the {{PolicyEngine}} class.
To ensure a seamless transition, we need to conduct a thorough analysis of the
potential memory and performance impacts resulting from the removal of the
{{finalize}} method from the Ranger Policy Engine class.
