## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
`executeOnTransactionCommit` in
`RangerTransactionSynchronizationAdapter.java` is called multiple places for
doing post transaction commit tasks in a subsequent transaction following the
parent transaction.
The PR adds checks for appropriate objects referenced in classes
`PolicyRefUpdater` and `RoleRefUpdater`.
