## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This pull request proposes adding SeaTunnel as a Ranger plugin. This PR change was tested in an environment where all components supported JDK 17, and it worked as expected. However, it appears that only Java 8 is currently supported in Apache Ranger. Some parts of the code of this PR need to be modified to ensure compatibility with Java 8.
