Currently the kafka docker images builds using ranger-base, it would be ideal
to build it using apache/kafka official image in DockerHub instead.
apache/kafka image is published for both amd64 and arm64 arch in DockerHub, for
more info: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/kafka/tags
