Currently the hive docker image builds using ranger-base docker image, it would
be ideal to build it using apache/hive official image in DockerHub instead.
apache/hive image is published for both amd64 and arm64 arch in DockerHub, for
more info: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/hive/tags
