Once HADOOP-19614 is resolved, apache/hadoop docker image will support both
arm64 and amd64.
Currently the hadoop docker image in dev-support/ranger-docker builds using
ranger-base docker image, it would be ideal to build it using apache/hadoop
official image in DockerHub instead.
apache/hadoop image is published currently only for amd64 arch in DockerHub,
for more info: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/hadoop/tags
