master branch commit id :
[bc9b02972b349e5624db0fc8832a6703d890a8f9|https://github.com/apache/ranger/commit/bc9b02972b349e5624db0fc8832a6703d890a8f9]

Fixed issue text : This patch addresses adding a recurse parameter to
FileUtils.isOwnerOfFileHierarchy which can be controlled through an existing
config "xasecure.hive.uri.permission.coarse.check". When value is set to true
it will avoid recursive permission check on parent folder.

> In RangerHiveAuthorizer.java#L2226, FileUtils.isOwnerOfFileHierarchy will
> list all the directories under the table/partition directory, which might add
> some latency if there are lots of files and cause the spike load on file
> system. can we pass the recurse parameter to this method similar to
> isActionPermittedForFileHierarchy?
