Description:
Enhanced Unit Test Coverage for authz-api Modules
Key Updates:
Migrated existing test classes from JUnit4 to JUnit5 (updated annotations and
assertions).
Added new unit tests to cover previously untested scenarios.
Improved Jacoco code coverage across both modules.
Coverage Improvements:
authz-api module: 22% to 95%
