+1 for 2.9.0-rc4.

I have successfully verified the following items:

1) Ranger build and unit tests.
2) Proper functioning of Ranger Admin, tagsync, and usersync.
3) CRUD operations for services, policies, users, and groups.
4) Plugin enforcement for HDFS, HBase, and Hive services.
