SPIFFE IDs represent service accounts, and are used in service-to-service
authentication in k8s deployments.
Example of a SPIFFE ID: spiffe://spiffe.example.com/ns/sales/sa/trino
Currently ":" is not a valid character, so username validation in Ranger Admin
needs update to include ":" as a valid character.
