## Summary
- Adds native OpenSearch audit store support in Ranger Admin
(`audit_store=opensearch`): query/search access audits via
`OpenSearchAccessAuditsService`, `OpenSearchMgr`, and shared Kerberos helpers.
- Bootstraps the audit index schema on admin startup
(`OpenSearchIndexBootStrapper`) and depends on `ranger-audit-dest-os` from PR-1
(#1243).
- Does **not** include plugin `dest-auditserver` wiring (PR-3) or docker/CI
E2E (PR-4).
