The existing functional-test/{{{}run-tests.sh{}}} script bootstrapped a minimal
set of Docker containers (ranger-core + HDFS + KMS) sufficient for the test
suites available at the time ({{{}rolerest{}}}, {{{}xuserrest{}}},
{{{}servicerest{}}}, {{{}tagrest{}}}, {{{}hdfs{}}}, {{{}kms{}}}). As more
service integrations get added to the test suite, the script that sets up the
test environment needs to grow with it.
