Encrypt a file when placed under encrypted zone; validate DECRYPT_EEK policy.
Covers:
- HDFS admin (denied DECRYPT_EEK) cannot copy into / read from the EZ
- hrt21 (granted DECRYPT_EEK) can copy into / read from the EZ and
sees the original plain text content
