[~aloklal99], i was referring to the existing customers who will upgrade to
0.4+. For them, their config files will still have class names with xasecure
package names.
Ideally, for existing customers, they should just drop the new jar files and it
should work. It should be optional for them to update each component config
files and replace the existing config properties to use the new package name.
Also, I am referring to the config name/values in the respective components
(e.g. Hive Authorization). Our config names should also be updated, but we can
track that as another JIRA
