Provide functionality where Users can he "hidden". Hidden users will not be
listed in the autocomplete popup during policy creation.
+Business Usecase+: During LDAP/AD sync, the entire company users and groups
are imported into our database. Most of the users might not be using Hadoop. So
customer wants to selectively hide users and groups, so that it doesn't show up
in the drop down list when creating policies.
Summary of changes required :
# User will be given an option to Hide user.
# On the User List page a new column "Visible" will be shown. Where user can
tick multiple users and hide/unhide them, by clicking "Save"
# A new flag(is_visible) will be introduced to track if a user is
hidden/visible in the db
