Robinlin,

What I found is in your config there are some default values which has
value ³-³ 

Ex for hdfs repo, I see  this. Similar for other repos when ever there is
no value it has Œ-Œ as default value which is wrong. Please replace it
with blank and this should resolve your issue.

 "hadoop.rpc.protection": "-",
    "commonNameForCertificate": ³-"
